The change tool introduces a practical and simple to use 4 step psychology tool on how to reset mindset for change. Pulling together the team behavioural strengths and weakness and character strengths, a bespoke re-envisage statement is created by the team, applied and practiced.

Combines the key points from each session, crystallises ‘change themes’, identifies theme champions and implementation support ideas and approaches and establishes an agreed re-envisage cultivation plan.

Care is the foundation of the entire reenvisage programme. Care challenges the business world default culture of fear and instead proposes that effective human connection and care will in fact drive business performance to much higher levels. A business care review can be arranged pre or post any of the other C stages, to assess the effectiveness of the environment and determine an appropriate ‘care course’ for a business.
